Our aim is to become the preferred indigenous contractor both locally and globally by delivering high-quality services to our clients within the project delivery timeline and in a cost-effective manner.

QA/QC Policy & Objectives

Our company has a Quality Management System that sets policies and procedures for all of our work processes. This system covers everything from processing time sheets to managing projects, from the proposal stage to project execution and closeout.

One of the most important parts of our quality system is that all project steps are checked thoroughly before implementation. These reviews are carried out to identify any non-compliance and ensure that project requirements, industry standards, client expectations,
and codes and regulations are being met or exceeded.

HSSE Policy

At MAC-NAY TECHNICAL LIMITED, we prioritize health, safety, security, and environmental (HSS&E) performance, which we refer to as “Operations Integrity”. Our company culture is centred around promoting safety and health, and we attract, develop, and retain individuals who share our commitment to operational excellence.

Community Affairs

As part of the MAC-NAY Community Affairs program, we aim to establish strong and positive relationships with the communities we work with. We believe in upholding the highest standards of conduct and maintaining good public relations with our hosts.

To achieve this, we require all employees to attend an orientation/induction and report any confrontations with the host community. We also expect our subcontractors to comply with our community affairs policy. Accurate and timely reporting of any misunderstandings or hostile confrontations with the host community will help us investigate and eliminate the underlying causes.

Our ultimate goal is to develop mutually beneficial solutions that reduce the impact of our operations on the environment of the host community and foster healthy long-term relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.
